Cheesecake in A Glass


  • Keksboden:

75g Kekse (10 Stueck)

1/2 Tl Zimt

30g Butter

  • Kaesekuchen-Creme:

170g Quark

60g Frischkaese

30g Honig

2 Paeckchen Vanillezucker

  • Decke:

1 1/2 Aepfel

100g Apfelmus




  • cookie base:

10 caramel cookies

1/2 spoon of cinnamon

1 spoon of butter

  • CheeseCake-Creme:

6 spoons of greek joghurt

2 spoon of cream cheese

1 spoon of honey

2 packages of vanilla powder

  • Topping

1 1/2 apples

3 spoon of apple sauce



First provide 4 glasses, which can provide 200ml content.


Take the cookies and put them into a back to break them into crumbles.

Add the cinnamon to the cookies and melt the butter in microwave. Mix everything.

Devide the cookies into the glasses.

Mix the ingredients for the cream cheese fill thoroughfully and add into the glasses. Freeze it shortly in the freezer, but not longer than 5 minutes. Just keeping it in the fridge is also fine.

In the meanwhile quarter the apples, top them with cinnamon and heat them in the microwave, till they are soft.

Let them cool and add the apple sauce.

Separate it upon the glasses.


Cool it in the fridge for 2 hours.
