Cottage Cheese Waffles


1 Tasse Haferflocken

4 Eier

1 Becher Hüttenkäse (150g)

1 Tl Backpulver


Mehl um den Teig zu festigen


1 cup of oat meal

4 eggs

1/2 cup of cottage cheese

1/2 spoon of baking powder


flour for making the dough thick

Mix all the ingrediences, but the flour.

Add the flour to get a thick dough.

Put oil on the waffle maker and fill it with the dough.

While baking the waffles, I heated the mushrooms in a pan with oil. I added parsley, spinach, cranberry and sunflower seeds as well as salt. I cooked it sharpley.
