Parsley Bread


500g Vollkornmehl

2 Pack Trockenhefe

1 Tl Salz

1 El Honig

2 El Essig

400ml warmes Wasser




1/2 Bündel Petersilie


2 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour

2 pcks of dry yeast

1/2 spoon of salt

1 spoon of honey

2 spoon of vinegar

400ml warm water

sunflower seeds

sesame seeds

pumkin seeds

1/2 bunch of parsley

Mix the water, vinegar, salt and honey with the yeast and cut the parsley.

Put the flour into a bowl and make a hole in it to add the water-yeast-mix. Take a spoon and mix everything.

Add the seeds and parsly and mix again.

Let the bread grow for an hour.

As I baked it in a baking machine it took 3 hours.

For the oven one hour is enough with 200°C/390°F.
