Cut the cabbage abd onion and heat it in a pan with oil for 5 minutes.
Add the cut potato and cook it further.
Spice it with curry and salt. Poor 300ml water and vegetable stock in the pan.
Wash the lentils and put them into the pan. Cook everything for another 15 minutes. This time slow.
Enrich the mix with cottage cheese and parsley.
In the meanwhile boil the eggs. I cooked a pumpkin with it.
Serve it with peanuts and parsleys.
