Christmas Dinner

Herb Fish

  • 2 Sea Salmon
  • 2 Hands Full of Fresh Herbs (Basil, Parsley, Rosemary, Thyme)
  • 1/4 Cup of Walnuts
  • 1/2 Spoon of Salt
  • 2 Spoon of Walnut Oil

Prepare the fish as wished and lay it into a baking bowl. Cut the herbs with a machine and add the walnuts, salt and oil in the cutting process. Top the fish with the herbs mix and bake it for 20 to 30 minutes at 200 degree Celsius or 390 degree Fahrenheit.

Potato Gratin

  • 6 Middle Grown Potato
  • Dash of Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Cup of Grinded Cheese (50g)
  • 9 Oz Hot Milk (250 ml)

Cut, peel and slice the potato. Stack the potatoes in layers while adding the spices, garlic and cheese to each layer. Top the hot milk and bake everything for 40 Minutes at 200 degree Celsius or 390 degree Fahrenheit.

 

We will eat some vegetables like broccoli and carrots to it.

Baked Apple

  • 1/2 Cup of Sliced Almonds
  • 4 Red, Sour Apples
  • 1 Small Butter Package (50g)
  • 3 Spoon of Honey
  • 3/4 Marzipan/Almond Paste (80g)
  • 5 Oz Orange Juice (150 ml)
  • 1 Spoon Citrus Juice
  1. Cook the almonds with butter in a pan and let it cool on a plate. Clean the apples and cut off the top. Cut out the apple core. Put them into a casserole.
  2. Mix the butter, marzipan, honey and cinnamon. Add the almonds to it. Fill the apple holes with the mixture.
  3. Heat the orange juice, citrus juice and 1 spoon of honey in a pod. Add the juice to the casserole. Bake it in the middle of the oven for 35 minutes with 180 Degree Celsius or 380 Degree Fahrenheit. After 25 Minutes top the apples with their tops and bake all together.
  4. Serve the apples with their juice and maybe a vanilla ice cream.


Hot Christmasy Drinks

GlühWein

  • 1 Bottle of Red Wine (Pinot Noir)
  • 1 Organic Orange in Slices
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2-3 Spoons of Honey
  • optional: 1 Vanilla Stick, 3 Cloves

Heat the wine in a pot on the stove. Make sure it never boils. Add the other ingredients and cook it slowly for 10 Minutes. Stop the cooking and let the liquid brew for 1 hour. Heat it slowly again.

Childrens Punch

  • 17 Oz Wildberry Tea (500 ml)
  • 8 Oz Apple Juice (250 ml)
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • 1 Citrus
  • 1 Orange

Let the tea steep for 8 Minutes. Add the contents. Press the citrus and half of the orange into the mix. Heat it slowly again. When serving add slices of the other half of the orange. You may put in some honey to make it more sweet. It also fits to Liquor 43.

Weiswein Glühwein

  • 1 Orange
  • 125 ml Orange Juice
  • 80 ml Rum
  • 2l White Wine
  • 4 Spoons of Kandis Sugar


Last Minute Gifts

Multi Juice Schnaps

  • 1 Package of Nimm2 (or other multi vitamin drops)
  • 25 Oz Vodka (or 700ml Korn)
  • 50 Oz Multivitamin Juice (1,5 l)

Add up the ingredients into a bowl and let it work over night. It might need a turn every now and then. Fill the liquids into bottles and pack them up.

Bread Baking Mix

  1. 2 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour (200g)
  2. 2 Cup of All Purpose Flour (150g)
  3. Seeds as Liked
  4. Dash of Salt
  • 2 Packages of Yeast
  • 14 Oz of Warm Water (400ml)

Fill the ingredients in a glass/container/plastic bag according to this order. Add a tag, which says the following:

"Usage Information: Fill the Ingredients Into a Bowl And Mix Them. Make a Whole in the Middle and Add 14 Oz of Warm Water. Drop the Yeast Into The Water. Mix Everything Thoroughly. Let the Dough Grow for One Hour at a Warm Place. After it Got Bigger Form It to a Bread. Position It on a Baking Tray with Baking Paper. Slice a Cross Into the Middle. Bake It for 40 Minutes to 1 Hour at 390 Degree Fahrenheit or 200 Degree Celsius."

Hang the Yeast Packages on the Tags or Somewhere Around the Glass.

 

Special Pancake Mix

  1. 6 Spoons of Flour
  2. 4 Spoons of Oat Meal
  3. Cinnamon for Some Christmas Flavor

Fill the ingredients in a glass according to the order. Add a tag, which says:

 

"Items Needed: 2 egg & 4 spoon of yoghurt, butter & honey

Usage Information: Fill the Ingredients Into a Bowl and Add Eggs and Yoghurt. Mix everything Thoroughly. Heat Butter in a Pan and Pour the Dough Inside. If You Like You Can Add Slices Apples, Bananas, Cranberries, Sunflowers, Everything You Like. Turn The Pancake After 3 Minutes of Slow Cooking Or When You Think Its Firm. Bake It Another 4 Minutes. Serve It With Some Honey and Fresh Fruits. Guten Appetit."
